From a problem we lived with, to the solution Nepal needed
In 2016, our founders were working in Nepal's corporate sector and experienced firsthand the chaos of manual HR management — Excel payroll sheets, paper leave forms, and compliance nightmares every fiscal year.
They asked: why doesn't Nepal have a world-class HRMS built specifically for our regulations, our calendar, and our workforce? The existing solutions were either foreign (ignorant of SSF, PF, CIT) or too basic.
Aayulogic was founded to change that. RealHRsoft is the result — a platform built from the ground up for Nepal, by people who understand Nepal's HR environment inside and out.
